Comcast Developer Platform
From 2020 to 2024, I helped design and build Comcast's App Developer Portal — the front door for developers building on Xfinity's platforms. The work spanned two systems: a public, ungated documentation portal, and the foundation for a gated, entitlement-based pipeline where approved partners begin the app-build process.
IMPACT (TL;DR)

Two very different needs — open discovery for everyone, and a controlled build pipeline for approved partners — had to live inside one coherent, scalable experience which set the foundation for future partner tooling.
I led design and information-architecture work across a multi-year build. The ungated portal made complex platform documentation genuinely navigable — a considered taxonomy, wayfinding, and a component system that could scale across a large and growing body of reference material. In parallel, we laid the foundation for the gated experience: an authenticated, entitlement-based workflow where approved developers move through structured application forms to begin building for Xfinity's platforms. The through-line was progressive disclosure — meeting developers where they are, whether browsing freely or moving through a controlled pipeline — held together by a consistent design system.
